Issue Reporting
If you encounter an issue not addressed by our Guides and FAQs, please contact support [at] awayteam.co.uk with the following details:
- The steps needed to reproduce the problem, e.g. in Trkd GPS, press Settings->Language
- The result you observe, e.g. the first item reads 'Eglish'
- The result you expect, e.g. the first item should read 'English'
For app issues, please also include:
- The version of the software shown by Menu->About, e.g. Trkd v1.84.0
- The make and model of your device, e.g. Nokia 6700 Classic
- The version of your device's operating system, e.g. v10.50
